Research on Data Analysis Method of Non-destructive Assay Radioactive Waste Measurement Instrument

The research concerns in the data analysis and detection efficiency calculation based on Monte-Carlo method for non-destructive assay radioactive waste measurement instrument. The rationality of the methods was experimentally tested, and the tested result shows that the relative deviation between calculated and nominal ²³⁵U content is within 10%.
