  • The paper brifely describes the principle and measurement technology on measuring specific activity of 169Yb radioactive solution by 4πX（PPC）-γ and 4πX（L•S）-γ activity standard apparatus. The method using extrapolation to select coincidence resolving time was given out. The measurement results from different standard apparatus were compared. The deviation is within 0.5%.
