Preparation of Elastic Polymer for Bubble Detector

This study concerns in the preparation of elastic polymer for bubble detector by free radical polymerization of acrymide．Optimized conditions were obtained on the basis of the study on the influences of concentrations of initiator and catalyzer on the induction period, reaction period and temperature peak of the response. The results indicate that the concentrations of initiator between 0.2% and 0.4% and the concentrations of catalyzer between 0.05% and 0.10% are proper.
