Seismic Analysis of Uranium Liquid Critical Facility

  • The vessels of uranium liquid critical facility are filled with a mass of liquid. The key problem of hydrodynamic pressure is solved by adopting the simple and effective methods of affixing mass to the vessel wall in seismic analysis. The structural characteristics such as the double vessels supported high, the top-heavy mass distribution and the unstable structural connecting result in the worse structural aseismatic capability. Through analyzing the two projects of the reinforcement using cross legs and restriction using plate, the method adding plate restriction on the upside wall of the device is adopted, so the structural aseismatic capability is improved, the correlative aseismatic requires of the facility are satisfied, and the feasible optimization projection is supplied to the structural design.
