Analysis on Flow to Each of Unaffected Steam Generators of 900 MWe Pressurized-Water Reactor in Event of One Feed Water Line Break

  • In the 900 MWe Pressurized-Water Reactor (PWR), the feed water to steam generators is very important, especially, in the event of one feed water line break, the feed water pump must be able to provide sufficient flow to steam generators. The flow of the feed water to each of the unaffected steam generators was analysed, and the principles about flow measure and calculation and error calculation in this event were described in this paper.
