Development of Flaw Assessment Technology Based on Applicability Principle
The flaw assessment technology based on applicability principle has attention to both security and economy. Present development situation and fracture mechanics foundation of this technology were described, and the typical criterions were summarized. Finally, the future research and direction on the flaw assessment technology were pointed out.
