  • Surface plasmon resonance biosensor was used to develop fast no-labeled immunoassays for sulfamethazine and sulfadiazine. The immobilization conditions of the antigen were studied and the working concentration of antibody and the condition of regeneration were optimized. Standard curves were set up and the stability of the chip was studied.
