Measurement of Linear Response Upper Limit for Lutecium Oxyorthosilicate Scitillator in High Dose Rate to Pulsed Gamma Radiation

The linear response upper limit of lutecium oxyorthosilicate scitillator at high dose rate to pulsed gamma radiation was measured by using Lissajous figure method at the pulsed gamma equipment ‘Qiangguang-Ⅰ’. The results of experiment indicate that the light response of LSO is still linear when the pulsed gamma energy flux is below 1.9×10¹⁹ MeV/(cm²•s), otherwise，non-linear phenomenon appears.
