Experimental Research of Residual Heat Removal Safety in Pulsed Reactor

  • The residual heat removal safety in pulsed reactor was studied experimentally in the paper. The changes of the fuel meat temperature and the heat transfer ability of the reactor pool with time after the reactor shutdown were analyzed. The experiment analysis method and result were also introduced. The result indicates that the residual heat removal in pulsed reactor is safe.
