Design and Development of Information Display and Management Software in Instantaneous Profile Gauge

An X-ray instantaneous profile gauge is installed at the outlet of hot rolling mill, used to measure various parameters of the hot strips fast and continuously. In the instantaneous profile gauge system, user interface is an important part. Based on function requirement analysis of the user interface, the design principle and implementing method of information display and management software in the system were given, and the visualization information display and management software was developed. With good human-computer interface feature, this software can display various data completely, and can further store, process and query the data. By way of module design, units of the software have separate functions with reasonable data exchange, and the software is easy to debug and extend.
