Measurement of Tiny Stannous Ion in 99Tcm Radio Pharmaceutical Kits

  • The contents of tiny stannous ions in kits of MDP, Glu, Phy, DTPA were measured by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. Characteristic absorption peak of the complex compound appears at 460 nm, and the chromogenic time is 15 min. The quality measuring range of stannous ion is chosen as 5-25 μg. This method has high sensitivity for the measurement of the four kits.
