One-Dimensional Homogeneous Flow Model and Heat Transfer Performance of Steam Generator

  • Taking steam generators of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station as the prototype, the one-dimensional homogeneous flow model of steam generator was built on the research object, the primary side, the secondary side fluid and the inner and outer walls of U-tube, based on the reasonable assumptions. Using Jacobi iterative method, the simulation program was compiled based on MATLAB. Steady-state heat transfer performance calculations of steam generator were conducted at different operating conditions and the rules of variation of the key parameters were obtained. The results agree with actual operating data of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station, and reveal the inherent heat transfer rules of the steam generator. This can provide theoretical basis for optimization design of the steam generator.
