Parasitic Mode of Macromolecular Crystallography Beamline 1W2B at BSRF

  • The performance of the macromolecular crystallography beamline 1W2B was simulated and optimized in parasitic mode at BSRF. The actual performance of the beamline in parasitic mode was measured and compared with the dedicated mode. The results show that the macromolecular crystallography experiment is still feasible in parasitic mode. Benefiting from this, the time of macromolecular crystallography experiment is greatly increased, which improves the efficiency of the 1W2B beamline.
