Application of Nodal Method in Engineering Simulation of Marine Pressurized Water Reactor

Three-dimension space-time neutron kinetics model based on nodal method was applied in the simulation of core transient analysis, and the marine power plant simulation model was built. The results of control rod dropping accident analysis show that the model can satisfy the need of real-time engineering simulation with higher efficiency, and it has remarkable advantage in simulating transient process with large local reactivity disturbance.
