Scale Method of Conversion Coefficient for Capturing Detector

  • In this paper, a capturing detector used to measure fission rates was introduced, and the scale method of conversion coefficient of capturing detector was studied. The results indicate that the character γ-rays scale method isn’t affected by cooling time, and this is advantageous to ensure the applicability of the conversion coefficient. Two capturing detectors were scaled by fission chamber in depleted uranium set, and the conversion coefficients of two capturing detectors are coincident in 4% error range.
