Efficient Global Solution of Residual Heat Removal System With Natural Circulation

  • The mathematical model of the residual heat removal system with multiple coupled natural circulation loops has distinct nonlinear characteristics. The global solution method with high efficiency was developed, implemented and tested. Compared with the original method which uses the nested point iteration procedure, one magnitude of calculation speed improvement is achieved.
