Experimental Investigation on Beam Profile Monitor for BRISOL

  • The beam profile monitor (BPM) for Beijing Radioactive Ion-beam Facilities Isotope Separator On-Line (BRISOL) and its experiments were introduced. The method to obtain the image of the beam profile and the optical factors were described. The result shows that the beam profile monitor based on CsI(Tl) can be used for beam tuning of BRISOL.
