Development and Validation of 3-D Discrete Ordinates Neutron and Photon Transport Code CTDOS

  • The 3-D discrete ordinates neutron and photon transport code CTDOS test version was developed. Neutron and photon transport problems of keff and fixed source calculation can be solved by the code. ModelⅠ of Takeda benchmarks and Kobayashi benchmarks, and the coupling problem of neutron-photon were tested by CTDOS. Compared with the results given by benchmarks and TORT, the maximum deviation of keff is 0.04%, and the average deviation of group flux is about 3%. The results show that the development process and functions are right, and the accuracy is satisfied.
