Monitor and Information Management System for CSNS Vacuum Control Device

  • The on/off and interlock of the vacuum valve, and the data acquisition of the vacuum gauge for China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) were implemented by the Yokogawa PLC and MOXA embedded serial devices. The real time operator interface (OPI) with CSS was set up for monitoring the status of the CSNS vacuum control devices. Then a CSS plug-in was developed for the OPI to connect to the control cable database, and this realized the function that manipulated signal, manipulated device and cable could be queried online associatively. As a consequence, the location of the device and the connective cable could be identified by the manipulated signal, which gives a lot of help to the maintenance and operation in the future.
