Abstract
For making an effort to explore procedure for development of CRMs for quality control of solid sampling microanalysis, sampling behavior of multielements for a home-made stream sediment matrix material was studied by using three nuclear analytical techniques (INAA, PIXE and SRXRF) for sample with size covering 9 orders of magnitude (ranging from 10-1 g to 10-10 g). It is founded that a series of elements have satisfied sampling behavior on different sampling levels.
