Study of Oxide Influence on Dynamic Response Characteristics of Fission Couple

  • The diathermanous process of fission couple with oxide was analyzed, and theoretical model based on ANSYS was built. The influence of oxide covering fission couple was validated on CFBR-Ⅱ by experiment. The time response curve was obtained and ultimately accorded with the simulations. The results indicate that the oxide on the fission couple would bring some obvious effect on the time response in monitoring fast rising temperature and neutron flux.
