Experimental Study on 14 MeV Neutron Induced Single-event-effect in SRAMs

  • The 14 MeV neutron single-event-effect (SEE) experiments of SRAMs were carried out on the Cockcroft-Walton accelerator in CIAE. The experiment methods for neutron production, neutron fluence rate measurement and SEE testing were introduced. Also, the 14 MeV neutron SEE cross sections of two types of SRAMs were obtained. The results show that HM628512BLP’s cross section agrees with previous research in the range of error and R1LV1616HSA’s cross section has the same order of magnitude with theoretical analysis.
