Fuel Cycle Cost Analysis of PWR with MOX Fuel and Dry Storage

  • For the fuel cycle scenarios of PWR with MOX fuel and dry storage, the fuel cycle cost economics calculation model was established. The fuel cycle scenarios which are the baseline scenario, loading MOX fuel and introduction of dry storage were calculated. Sensitivity analyses of the natural uranium price and the discount rate were carried out. The results can provide a reference for the economic feasibility analysis of PWR with MOX fuel and dry storage.
