Review of Application for Operation License of HTR-10

According to the requirement of the nuclear safety regulations and guides, reviews were performed to several key issues and aspects in design and actual condition of structure, system and part, safety analysis, equipment qualification, ageing, commission and pre-operation, and quality assurance program for operation stage of HTR-10. The review situation and review comments to these issues and aspects were described in the paper. Review results display that all these key issues have been properly closed.
