Research of Homogenizing Scanned Beam of Electron Irradiation Accelerator

The formula of the scanning inhomogeneity by standard triangle waveform was deducted and the visual curve was given out. Because of the inductance impedance characteristic of the scanning magnet, the current waveform should be exponential when the input voltage waveform is standard square waveform. The deduction result shows that scanning inhomogeneity by the standard triangle waveform is same with that by the exponential waveform.
