Control of ECR Ion Source High Voltage Power Supply Based on EPICS

  • The control logic was designed in EPICS for ECR ion source high voltage power supply. A new Record type was developed to support the controller of high voltage power supply. IOC was programmed and ECR ion source high voltage power supply was controlled successfully.
