Vacuum Pressure Acquisition Method in ECR and Beam Line of SSC-Linac

  • CompactRIO 9022 controller, NI 9114 chassis and NI 9870 RS232 modules were used to obtain vacuum data of SSC-Linac ECR and beam line. The read-back information of vacuum gauge was analyzed by CompactRIO. The channel state and vacuum pressure were packaged into different process variables (PV). User interface only needed to call on PV names to obtain channel state and vacuum pressure. This method is used in the project and has a good stability. The method also provides reliable vacuum data to physical scientists.
