Optimized Design of DAS Based on NUREG/CR-7007

  • A cost effective 0-1 programming mathematics model of diversity actuation system (DAS) was constructed based on the diversity quantitative method, with the restrictions of the diversity attributes criteria defined in NUREG/CR-7007. The question of “What is the cost effective DAS ensuring normalized pre-configured diversity requirement value” was solved. Simulation examples indicate that the method is applicable and of high efficiency, and can be deployed in diversity design and optimization of the protection system.
