Monte-Carlo Simulation of Cryopanel Parameter in CYCIAE-100 Cyclotron

  • The gas molecular collision model was built based on the theory of gas molecular motion, and structure parameters such as sticking probability and transmission rate of cryopanel placed in the magnet valley of CYCIAE-100 cyclotron were simulated by Monte-Carlo method. The pumping speed of cryopanel was tested in testing dome. The results show that the pumping speed of cryopanel simulated by Monte-Carlo method is consistent with test results, and the relative error is 2%.
