Research and Experiment of Measurement System for Electron-gun with Double-anode Structure

  • In order to measure the quality of the beam at the exit of the electron-gun with double-anode structure, an improved measurement system was developed. The electron-gun was tested by the measurement system successfully. The result shows that the intermediate electrode could increase the electron-gun’s output beam current and improve the transverse focusing.
