Design of Mobile Integrated Control Device for Domestic Sodium-cooled Fast Reactor’s Plugging Meter

  • Due to the engineering requirement, the domestic plugging meter for the sodium-cooled fast reactor was designed urgently. Therefore, the control system was designed for the domestic plugging meter. By applying integrated PLC (programmable logical controller), PID (proportion-integration-differentiation) control, frequency control and bus communication technology, a mobile integrated control device was designed. Through the device, the integrated control of the process equipment can be realized according to the process flow. And the device can be easily moved to the sodium loop site to complete the automatic plugging temperature measurement.
