Abstract
Firstly, the recovery process of CO2+O2 in-situ leaching metallurgy and acid in-situ leaching metallurgy was introduced. According to the status of the uranium process in a distributed uranium mine in Xinjiang, the acidification process was put forward to take the saturated resin under the CO2+O2 leaching process into the acid leaching recovery system. Then, the acidification mechanism of uranyl carbonate saturated resin under the CO2+O2 leaching process was analyzed. The acidification tests were carried out with the eluent agent, transition agent and pregnant liquid as acidification agent. The results show that the pregnant liquid is a suitable acidifier which meets the requirements of the technique. The residual acidity in the pregnant liquid was used to acidize the uranyl carbonate saturated resin, and the adsorption capacity of resin for uranium increases from 74.71 g/L to 76.73 g/L. It is realized that the saturated resin in CO2+O2 leaching process and the re-saturated resin in acid leaching process are eluted and transited together.
