Flow Interruption Capability Test Technology Study for Valve Assembly of Nuclear Power Plant

  • Flow interruption capability test of the power-operated valve and the dynamic and static state reverse-flow test of the check valve within the operating parameter of pressurized water reactor were carried out on the test equipment. The test results show that when the capability of the power-operated valve is insufficient in flow interruption capability test, the interruption capability could still be well performed even the opening of the valve is appropriately decreased. The static state reverse-flow test could more strictly test the capability of the check valve than the dynamic state reverse-flow test. The results in this thesis could provide basis for the method choose of the same type test research.
