Abstract
The accelerator-driven pulse neutron source was used as the radiation source, and the uranium material as the irradiation object. The HPGe detector was selected as the main detector. The delayed gamma spectra of uranium materials were measured. The delayed gamma calculation spectra were obtained according to the theoretical calculation program and the Monte Carlo method. Results show that the experimental spectra and the calculated spectra agree well. It indicates that delayed gamma spectroscopy can be used as a technical way for uranium enrichment analysis.
