Signal Detection and Enhancement Technology in Spatially Offset Raman Spectroscopy

  • Spatially offset Raman spectroscopy (SORS) technology is a new type of Raman spectroscopy technology, which can detect the medium concealed in the opaque or sub-transparent material fast and nondestructively. In this paper, the signal detection and enhancement technology based on SORS was studied, and the detection of various hidden components was realized. Based on the problem of weak detection signals, the detection system was established and optimized. Meanwhile, the relationship between the relative strength of signals and important parameters such as offset distance and detection depth was analyzed and studied. The study effectively enhances the intensity of detection signals, and it lays the foundation for the subsequent detection of explosives, biological diagnosis and other applications.
