Applicability Research of Human Reliability Analysis Method under Background of Peak-shaving Operation in Nuclear Power Plant

  • In order to explore the applicability of the existing human reliability analysis (HRA) methods in peak-shaving operation background, based on the task characteristics of the operator in the main control room under peak-shaving operation background, the typical HRA methods were compared and analyzed in four standards of the qualitative analysis level, quantitative analysis level, traceability degree and usability. The analysis results show that the existing HRA methods can’t be applied to operator’s human reliability problem during peak-shaving process, so it is necessary to establish a new method or to improve the original methods to solve operator’s human reliability problem during peak-shaving process. The applicability study can provide guidance for the establishment or improvement of HRA methods during peak-shaving operation background.
