Design Innovation and Fulfillment of China Experimental Fast Reactor

To review the design innovation of China Experimental Fast Reactor, the independent innovation ideas, methods and achievements in the design were summarized in the paper. The difficulties and innovations of the design in this first fast reactor of China were overall evaluated objectively, and the significance of achieving innovative results was analyzed. The contribution is important for the development of fast reactor in China.
