铀-BHQS极谱波机理研究
THE MECHANISM OF THE PRODUCTION OF POLAROGRAPHIC WAVE BY URANIUM WITH BHQS

摘要: 铀与7-溴-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(BHQS)在pH 4—5的醋酸盐缓冲液中产生灵敏的极谱波。在单扫描示波极谱仪上可检出3.4×10~(-3)M微量铀,线性范围在8×10~(-3)—5×10~(-5)M。以连续变化法求得其络合比为1:1,通过汞柱高度、温度效应、毛细管电荷曲线、恒电位电解、表面活性剂、离子交换等实验,认为铀与BHOS络合物产生的极谱波属络合吸附波。Abstract: Uranium can be detected at a sensitivity of 3.4×10~(-8) M by the polarographicwave produced by uranium with 7--bromo--8--hydroxy--quinoline-5--sulfonic acid(BHQS) at a pH of 4--5.The mechanism of the formation of this polarographicwave is found to be complexation--adsorption, as a result of the study of theeffect of Hg--column height, temperature, capillary charge, electrolysis at constantpotential etc. The complex of uranium with BHQS is shown to have a molratio of 1:1.
