DETERMINATION OF TRACE URANIUM BY CYCLICAL ACTIVATION AND DELAYED NEUTRON COUNTING

摘要: 采用10次循环活化和测量缓发中子法测定铀含量,使原测量装置对天然铀的探测极限优于5 ppb,测量一个样品的时间约为25 min。当样品含天然铀 0.1ppm时,测量结果的相对误差小于5%。Abstract: The content of the trace uranium is determined by ten cycles activation anddelayed neutron counting method. The detectable limit for uranium is better than5ppb. The time for measuring one sample is about 25 minutes. The error of thedetermination is less than 5% for 0.1ppm utanium samples.
