高灵敏度中子雷姆计数器的研制

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了两种高灵敏度中子雷姆计数器(NR 1和NR 2)的结构与性能。在热能-17MeV能区,NR 1计数器的剂量探测范围约为 10~(-4)—10~2mrem/h,中子剂量灵敏度为 140cps/mrem·h~(-1);在热能-7Mev能区,NR2计数器的剂量探测范围约为10~(-4)—65mrem/h,灵敏度为 209cps/mrem·h~(-1)。并在现场与2202D型可携式中子雷姆仪(瑞典制)作了比对,在中子近似垂直入射计数器轴线时,±10%内相符。

     

    Abstract: The constructions of two counters (NR1 and NR2) and their characteristicsare presented. In the region from thermal energy to 17 MeV, the detectable doseequivalent values range from 10~(-4) to 10~2 mrem·h~(-1) and the neutron doseequivalent sensitivity is approximately 140 cps/mrem·h~(-1) for the counter NR1;the detectable dose equivalent values range from 10~(-4) to 65 mrem·h~(-1) and the doseequivalent sensitivity~209 cps/mrem·h~(-1) for the counter NR2 in the energy rangefrom thermal to 7 MeV. Compared with the rem counter SIUDSVIK 2202D, theirdose equivalent readings are consistent within ±10% when neutron beams areapproximatly perpendicular to the counter axis.
