PREPARATION OF TARGETS OF POWDERED MATERIALS WITH CENTRIFUGAL PRECIPITATION METHOD

摘要: <正> 一、引言 核物理实验一般希望使用的自支撑靶,主要用真空蒸发、电镀和滚轧等技术来制备。但制备希土和硷土金属,高熔点材料以及数量较少而又贵重的同位素材料的自支撑靶就比较困难。一般说来,这些元素的同位素以氧化物,碳酸盐等化合物粉末状存在。对这些粉末材料可配制成溶液或悬浮液,用重力沉淀,电喷涂,电泳等方法来制备有衬底靶。这些Abstract: The preparation of various powdered material targets in thickness of 1 to50 mg/cm~2 on backings of aluminium, gold and mylar thicker than 1 μm using acentrifugal precipitation method is described. Collodion in alcohol is used as thesusponsion agent for the target materials. In most cases, the yield of the methodis 80%. The amount of residual collodion in the target is about 5% and can bedecreased to about 1% by heating.
