    Abstract: At present, the double oscillator method is among the best methods formeasuring dead time and coincidence resolving time. This paper introduces themeasurement principle of this method. The standard deviation of measuring deadtime and resolving time, with this method, is respectly about 1×10~(-4) and(2--3)×10~(-4).
