摘要: 本文描述一种时间幅度二维随机脉冲发生器,它产生一种时间随机、幅度统计均匀分布的脉冲幅度谱,在谱的高端外侧还设立有一高分辨率的稳定幅度脉冲用作参考峰。本产生器可代替放射源信号对多道分析器(MCA)或计算机数据获取与处理系统以及核仪器进行测试和检验,特别是对高计数率下,MCA道址漂移和幅度分辨率的精密测量。Abstract: This paper describes a two dimensional random pulse generator which createsa pulse amplitude spectrum with random distribution of time and statisticallyuniform distribution of amplitude. Besides, a high resolution stable pulse (referencepeak) is also produced just beyond the high end of the spectrum. This generatoris designed to replace the radioactive source in testing MCA or computerized dataacquisition and processing system. The shift of channel address and the resolutionof pulse amplitude of MCA can be measured precisely and easily by this generatorat high input pulse rates.
