Abstract: The following is the progress report of HI--13 which has been made since July,1985. (1) Leak checking of accelerator tubes; (2) Voltage conditioning of individual tubes and complete generator, 1 and 2tubes 6.5 MeV, 3 and 4 tubes 6.65 MeV, 5 and 6 tubes 6.8 MeV, 7 and 8 tubes6.82 MeV, complete generator 12.6 MeV; (3) Running beam of 0.9 μA of ~4He~(2+) at 37.5 MeV in R--20°beam line, (4) Calibration of energy of HI--13,
