DETERMINATION OF URANIUM BY PHOTO-SPECTROMETRY WITH SAF AND CETYL-TRIMETHYL AMMONIUM BROMIDE

  • 摘要: <正> 铀的分光光度测定方法已介绍得相当多,通常四价铀在高酸度下的测定,具有较好的选择性,但往往灵敏度不够高,钍、锆等元素也有干扰。分光光度法测铀通常摩尔吸收系数不超过1.3×10~5,且选择性较差,一般需分离后测定。

     

    Abstract: With SAF and cetyl--trimethyl ammonium bromide as the color--developingagent, for the determiation of uranium by photospectrometry, the maximum abso-rption peak occurs at 545 nm with a molar absorbance of 1.42×10~5. In the range0--25 g U per 50 ml, Beer's law is obeyed. CyDTA or EGTA etc. can be used asthe masking agent. The method can be used for the determination of trace amountof U in ores or waste liquid with high selectivity.
