质谱同位素稀释法测量电镀标准铀靶残液中微量铀

摘要: <正> 一、前言 在裂变率和裂变截面等测量中,往往需要均匀、牢固的微量铀标准靶。电镀法是制备此种标准靶的适宜方法。为了保证电镀质量,必须准确测定电镀液中所残存的铀量。 本工作采用质谱同位素稀释法,对电镀残液中的微量铀(~10~(-8)g)进行了测量。Abstract: The amount of 10~(-8)g of uranium was measured by mass spectrometry isotopedilution with a Varian MAT--260 mass spectrometer. The suitable working condit-ions and the suitable isotope ratio of mixed samples were selected. The solutionwas entirely loaded on a evaporation filament by using a pipette. The accuracy ofthe measurement was better than ±2%.
