STUDIES AND PREPARATION OF ~(192)Ir GAMMA RADIOGRAPHY SOURCES

  • 摘要: 本文描述了~(192)Irγ照相源的生产原理、生产工艺、质量控制和产品性能。~(192)Irγ照相源用金属铱粒或铱片作为靶材料,在高通量反应堆照射,通过~(191)Ir(n,γ)~(192)Ir核反应,生成高比活度~(192)Ir。照射过的铱靶经过在热室内加工处理后制成~(192)Irγ照相源。源的质量达到了规定的要求。

     

    Abstract: In this paper the productive principle, technolgy, quality control andperformance of the ~(192)Ir gamma radiography sources are described. The targetmaterials of the ~(192)Ir gamma radiograghy sources are made of metal iridiumpellets or wafer. The target materials are irradiated in high--flux reactor. The ~(192)Irwith high specific activity is produced by the ~(191)Ir (n,γ) ~(192)Ir reaction. Theirradiated targets are then processed in the hot cell and made into the ~(192)Ir gammaradiograghy sources. The sources fulfil the demanded quality requirements.
