放射性示踪地下管道检漏技术及检漏仪器的研究
BURIED PIPELINE LEAK-DETECTION TECHNIQUE AND INSTRUMENTS USING RADIOACTIVE TRACERS

摘要: 本文主要介绍放射性同位素示踪地下管线检漏方法及其仪器设备。 为了检查地下管线的泄漏,上海原子核研究所发展了放射性示踪检漏技术,并研制成功了相应的长距离地下管道检漏仪。用一定量的放射性示踪溶液注入被检测管线,随后冲洗残存在管道内的放射性示踪剂,最后把检漏仪放进管道内,由管内流体推动,使其沿管线向前移动同时进行探测。检漏仪能探测到本底和漏出在管外壁周围的放射性,并自动地把放射性信号和时间信号记录在磁带上。根据信号曲线,我们可以判断该管线有无泄漏;如有泄漏,同时可以准确地确定漏洞的位置。Abstract: For detecting and locating leaks on buried pipelines, a leak--detection techniqueand related instruments have been developed. Some quantity of fluid mixedwith a radioactive tracer is injected. After the pipeline is cleaned, a leak-detector is put into and moves along the pipeline to monitor the leaked radioacti-vity and record both the radioactive signal and the time signal on a magnetic tape.From the signal curves, it can be judged whether there are any leaks on thepipeline and,if any, where they are.
