蛋白质及多肽激素Iodogen~(125)I碘化法及其保存稳定性研究

RADIOIODINATION OF POLYPEPTIDE HORMONES AND PROTEINS BY USING IODOGEM AND THEIR STABILITY IN STORAGE

  • 摘要: 本文对蛋白质及多肽激素的 1,3,4,6-四氯-3α,6α-二苯甘脲(Iodogen)~(125)I碘化条件进行研究,并观察其保存稳定性;由于Iodogen~(125)I碘化法较酶促~(125)I碘化法简便,且获较好的生物活性及免疫活性,可广泛应用于蛋白质及多肽激素的放射竞争分析。

     

    Abstract: Radioiodination of polypeptide hormones and proteins by using iodogen andtheir stability in storage are investigated. This method is simpler with betterbiological and immune activities than that of enzymatic radioiodination. Iodogenmethod will be very useful for labeling of proteins and polypeptide hormones inclinical applications.
