摘要: <正> 根据临床检测的需要,我们研制了“乙型肝炎表面抗原-抗体固相放免双测定药盒”(下面简称双测药盒)。其特点是只要一次测定,便可根据小球上的放射性大小,判定标本中有乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)或有表面抗体(HBsAb),还是两者均无三种情况。该方法操作简便特异性强,出结果快,灵敏度高,特别宜于大量人群的普查。目前国内外均无此

Abstract: A novel solid phase radioimmunoassay kit has been developed for determiningsimultaneously HBsAg and anti-HBs in a test sample, based on the magnifude ofradioactivity on the soild phase beads. It can distinguish HBsAg positive, anti-Hbspositive, or HBsAg and anti-HBs both negotive. The clinical results obtained showthat this method is simple, fast and specific and can be popularized.
